Beautiful Acharacle getaway 🌄
The room was lekker and comfy, really made me feel at home. Chilled at the bar with some cool vibes and friendly staff, who really went out of their way to make ya feel special. Brekkie was a solid feast, definitely worth waking up for!
Had a bit of a hassle with the bathroom door not closing properly, which was a bit frustrating.

how disappointing! my room had a noticeable slope, which made sleeping a hilarious challenge (not in a good way), and let’s not even mention the stale smell of cigarette smoke hanging around like an unwanted guest. i expected complimentary chocolates as a gesture for my troubles, but alas, that was too much to ask apparently. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

A charming spot nestled by the lake, with a pet-friendly atmosphere and stunning views during the drive. The local dishes at dinner were impressive, and staff were accommodating, even allowing an early breakfast despite my tight schedule. Just a bit noisy at night due to the pub's lively atmosphere.

The stunning views of the loch provide a fantastic backdrop for any stay, making it a serene escape. The cozy pub experience offers a unique ambiance, perfect for unwinding with local ales and hearty meals after a day of exploring.
Arriving before check-in can leave you waiting outside, which isn't ideal in less than pleasant weather. The noise from the bar tends to carry late into the night, and the decor of some rooms feels dated and could really use a refresh. Bathroom lighting and shower pressure were also subpar, impacting comfort during my stay. In the dining area, expectations for the main restaurant may fall short, as I was redirected to the sun lounge instead, which lacked the excitement I hoped for. It can feel cramped and disorganized at times, especially with limited options for vegetarians as well.

The lively pub atmosphere could get a bit noisy at times, especially during weekends.

Surrounded by stunning scenery, the spacious room was spotless and comfy. Enjoyed a cozy bar with locals. Exciting options for drinks. Perfect for exploring hidden gems nearby—a delightful country escape!
Had a jolly good breakfast, but why do hotel chefs think they’re auditioning for a cooking show at dawn? Their enthusiasm made my morning coffee feel like a competition!

Had a fantastic two nights, the staff were super friendly and chatty, making me feel right at home. My room was comfy with a nice view, and I loved chilling out in the bar area. Just a heads up, be prepared to wait a bit for food, but it's totally worth it!
